Job Description
• Provide Sales Leadership for New Unit sales and Aftermarket and Service of Static and Rotating Equipment
• Implement Sales structure and processes
• Train and Mentor Territory Managers
• Manage major Key Accounts
• Lead a sales team covering New York City
• Foster relationships with install base for service and aftermarket
• Foster existing relationships with customers
Experience Required
• Must have Mechanical Equipment Sales Experience
• Sales and Mentorship of Outside Sales personnel
• Parts, Aftermarket and Service Experience
• Preferred experience sales training
• Customer Service Experience
• Word, Excel, CRM Experience
