Job Description

• Lead a Team of Outside and Inside Sales Manager
• Maintain, Develop, and Grow sales strategy for North America
• P&L responsibility for the Industrial Market
• Sales Channel Management and Development
• Generate new accounts and lead closure
• Review and Negotiate Pricing and Terms
• Build relationships at all levels
• Develop Budgets for sales, marketing, and operations expenses for market

Experience Required

Preferred Pump or PD pump experience
• P&L, Business Process and Procedure Experience
• Industrial Market Experience
• Tactical Sales Leadership
• Sales Strategy and Channel Management
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Word, Excel, CRM Experience
