Job Description
• Lead team of Direct Sales Force and Field Service Engineer
• Train and Mentor Direct reports in Solution Selling, Channel Management, Sales Growth
• Manage Sales and Relationships through Distribution
• Sell Technology and Equipment solutions to the petrochemical and fuel industry
• Manage Distributors in Territory
• Equipment and Technology Solution Selling
• Generate new accounts and lead closure
• Build relationships at all levels, Develop Channel Partners
• Develop and Grow Sales throughout Territory
Experience Required
• Must have Leadership Experience of a Direct Sales Team
• Mentor, Train, Hold accountable a Sales Team
• Professional Sales Methodology
• Must have Solution Based Selling
• Drive and initiative to grow Sales
• Familiarity with Managing Channel Partners
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Managing Multiple Sales Channels
• Word, Excel, CRM Experience
