Job Description

Lead Sales team for Service and Aftermarket
Replacement pumps, services, repairs, parts sales, reverse engineering all industrial market with particular focus on power generation, steel, chemical and petrochemical.
Develop sales growth plan
Integrate and implement policies, procedures, commission plans, and sales tools.
Increase sales in current segments with current sales force.
Increase sales by replicating sales models in new markets and applications
Participate in sales calls, and mentor, develop or upgrade existing sales force.
Identify key areas to recruit additional sales force
Work together with Key/Corporate account and Municipal sales leaders to develop strategies and sell to clients throughout the business lifecycle.
Lead the development of a partner service network in new locations

Experience Required

Experience in pump industrial markets and applications, O&G, Power Generation, Mining and others.
Knowledge about sales forecasting and sales management, including costing and financial management.
Knowledge of pump configuration and e-commerce.
Effectively communicates with necessary internal colleagues and external customers at all levels and throughout all applicable departments and locations across the Companies.
Effectively prioritizes tasks to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Leads by example.
Demonstrates self-confidence and an optimistic attitude.
Demonstrates productive use of time, per assignments and organizational needs.
Able to learn quickly and independently, on the job.
Must be a resourceful and proactive problem solver.
Minimum B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
15+ years of sales experience in pumps or rotating equipment in the USA.
