Supply Chain Manager – Pennsylvania

Job Description

• Deploy demand driven supply chain strategy, processes and tools that support
operational excellence and the business’s long‐range plans
• Oversees and develops strategy to effectively manage inventory levels of materials,
components, and finished products to align with business needs and strategy
• Develop and challenge resources to improve performance through systems
utilization and process improvement
• Lead and improve Material / Inventory Management best practices including
Planning, Purchasing Methods, Warehouse Management
• Lead and improve freight and logistics practices and network optimization including
trade compliance (Import/Export) and transportation management
• Leads initiative to ensure continuity of supply throughout the operation to achieve
uninterrupted supply of quality components and assemblies.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain (Procurement, Materials,
Logistics) with a proven track record of strong performance results
• Experience building and maintaining an international supply base
• Strong knowledge of relevant Supply Chain best practices, multi‐step strategic
sourcing processes and use of ERP / MRP systems
• Experience in managing and successfully completing complex and challenging
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle many critical tasks simultaneously;
maintain focus, react, and adapt to a variety of unexpected challenges
• Strong organization, sense of urgency and time management skills
• Solid quantitative skill set and ability to analyze and use data to make sound
business decisions
• Exceptional problem‐solving skills: the ability to ask the right questions, help frame
logical conclusions and arrive at effective solutions
