Service Manager – Florida
Job Description
• Lead a Team of Field Service Personnel and administrative staff
• Manage workflows and identify production or scheduling issues
• Utilize business systems to maintain and improve access to equipment technical data and service recording keeping
• Manage fleet of service vehicles, including standardizing tooling and inventory
• Support employees at all stages including recruitment, training, scheduling, and coaching
• Increase Repair and Customer Service Capabilities
• Foster existing relationships with customers
Experience Required
• Must have Operations Leadership Experience
• Leading Production or Field Service Operations
• Direct experience in operations management in a production environment
• Customer Service Experience
• Word, Excel, CRM Experience
