Job Description

• Manage Sales Direct to End Users, Contractors, and Channel Partners
• Work to provide HVAC Engineered System solutions
• Sell to Commercial and Industrial Markets
• Manage Independent Representatives in Territory
• HVAC System Solution Selling
• Generate new accounts and lead closure
• Build relationships at all levels, Develop Channel Partners
• Develop and Grow Sales throughout Territory

Experience Required

• Must have Pump, Controls, Or Automation System Sales experience for HVAC and Commercial Market
• Engineered Solution Selling
• Drive and initiative to grow Sales
• Familiarity with Managing Channel Partners
• Bachelor’s degree
• Managing Multiple Sales Channels
• Word, Excel, CRM Experience
