National Sales Manager (Pumps)

Job Description

  • Lead a team of Regional Sales Managers
  • Manage Sales and Relationships in North America for multiple pump lines
  • Maintain, Develop, and Grow sales strategy for North America
  • Business Development
  • Sales Channel Management and Development
  • Generate new accounts and lead closure
  • Review and Negotiate Pricing and Terms
  • Build relationships at all levels
  • Respond to inquiries and present product information to multiple levels

Experience Required

  • Must have Sales Management experience, direct leadership of Sales Personnel
  • Preferred Centrifugal pump experience
  • Tactical Sales Leadership
  • Sales Strategy and Channel Management
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Word, Excel, CRM Experience
