National Sales Manager (Channel Management- Wholesale HVAC Equipment) USA

Job Description

• Manage 4 Regional Sales Manager, 30 Independent Representatives, Distribution Sales Personnel
• Develop Strategic and Tactical Sales initiatives for Wholesale Products
• Establish, Maintain, Achieve Sales Channel goals
• Oversees and administers all aspects of Company Representative Agreements
• Understand Markets and Competitors
• Manage Sales through Channel Partners, Service Dealers, Wholesalers, Contractors
• Channel Partner Product training, Ensure Partners are well trained and ready to go to market
• Sell to Commercial and Industrial Markets
• Build relationships at all levels, Develop Channel Partners
• Develop and Grow Sales throughout Territory

Experience Required

• Strong leadership, teamwork, analytical and communication skills
• 10 plus years of sales in HVAC market
• Must have wholesale plumbing and heating industry; pump and hydronic experience
• Sales Channel Management, Developing Representative Agreement Experience
• Drive and initiative to grow Sales
• Familiarity with Managing Channel Partners, training
• Bachelor’s degree – Engineering Preferred
• Word, Excel, CRM Experience
