Job Description

• Full P&L of American Business Unit
• Leadership of office personnel and Regional Sales Managers
• Develop and execute the strategy for the Americas
• Manage Sales and Relationships in North America for multiple pump lines
• Business Development
• Sales Channel Management and Development
• Generate new accounts and lead closure
• Review and Negotiate Pricing and Terms
• Build relationships at all levels
• Respond to inquiries and present product information to multiple levels

Experience Required

• Must have Sales Management experience, direct leadership of Sales Personnel
• Preferred pump OR industrial equipment experience
• Knowledge of O&G, Industrial, Petro Chem, F&B, Municipal, Steel Markets
• Sales Strategy and Channel Management
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Word, Excel, CRM Experience
