General Manager- Service

Job Description

• Provide internal operations leadership for shop and field service teams
• Manage workflows and identify production or scheduling issues
• Utilize business systems to maintain and improve access to equipment technical data and service recording keeping
• Support employees at all stages including recruitment, training, scheduling, and coaching
• Increase Repair and Customer Service Capabilities
• Foster existing relationships with customers

Experience Required

• Must have Operations Leadership Experience
• Leading Production or Field Service Operations
• Direct experience in operations management in a production environment
• Customer Service Experience
• Word, Excel, CRM Experience
