General Manager Mechanical Equipment (Phoenix, Arizona)

Job Description

• P&L and Leadership responsibility of 50 person location in Phoenix area
• Provide Leadership Aftermarket, Service, and New Unit of Static and Rotating Equipment
• Evaluate and Implement structure and processes for best practices in operations, sales, safety, service, and administration
• Train and Mentor Managers
• Manage major Key Accounts
• Lead a sales team
• Foster relationships with install base for service and aftermarket
• Foster existing relationships with customers

Experience Required

• Must have Mechanical Equipment Leadership Experience
• Sales and Mentorship of Outside Sales personnel
• Parts, Aftermarket and Service Experience
• Preferred experience process improvement and P&L responsibility
• Customer Service Experience
• Word, Excel, CRM Experience
