General Manager (Construction)

• P&L responsibility
• Lead and Manage daily operations of Construction, Service, Fabrication, and Administrative staff
• Manage workflows and identify production or scheduling issues
• Utilize business systems to maintain and improve daily operations
• Manage Equipment for Construction operations
• Support employees at all stages including recruitment, training, scheduling, and coaching
• Increase Repair and Customer Service Capabilities
• Foster existing relationships with customers

• Must have Construction or Operations Leadership Experience
• Leading Construction, Production or Field Service Operations
• Direct experience in managing personnel
• Underground Construction Experience a plus
• Customer Service Experience
• Word, Excel, CRM Experience
