Job Description

• Manage Sales and Product Management for global pump offerings
• Develop personnel
• Expand Strategic sales and product planning
• Mentor and Lead Sales team
• Manage Sales and Relationships through Channel Partners
• Sell to General Industrial, O&G, Power, Chemical, Pulp & Paper, Municipal Markets
• Pump Solution Selling
• Generate new accounts and lead closure
• Build relationships at all levels, both End Users and Channel Partners
• Develop and Grow Sales globally

Experience Required

• Must have Pump Sales experience
• Leadership of Sales Personnel
• Drive and initiative to grow Sales
• Familiarity with Managing Channel Partners
• Bachelor’s degree
• Managing Multiple Sales Channels
• Word, Excel, CRM Experience
