Job Description

• Lead team of Inside Sales and Pump Technicians
• Develop and Implement Sales plan
• Strengthen company pump brand image
• Train and Mentor Direct reports in Sales and attaining sales goals
• Manage Sales and Relationships through end user sales
• Sell Pump technology and equipment solutions to the Mining, Industrial, F&B, O&G, Petrochemical, Power Generation
• Equipment and Technology Solution Selling
• Generate new accounts and lead closure throughout a multistate territory
• Build relationships at all levels

Experience Required

• 10 Years of Pump Sales Background
• Leadership of Sales Team
• Develop and Implement Strategic Sales Plans
• Professional Sales Methodology
• Drive and initiative to grow Sales
• Familiarity with Markets
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Word, Excel, CRM Experience
